Believing that knowledge is power, Black And White leaves no stone unturned in training and equipping people for their particular niches. For the most part, this training is on-going even when they are on the job. The training we give centers on the whole person and is aimed at changing entire mind –sets. We train our own Security, Gardeners/Cleaners and Agents with a view of turning out more managers and leaders who can train others.
