Un β planned neighbourhoods have given rise to land fragmentation and vice versa which in turn leads to ghetto β like conditions in many areas of Uganda. This necessarily breeds backwardness and below- the- poverty- line existence. Black And White envisions planned residential neighbourhoods and satellite cities. We plan to do low / medium- income and up- scale neighbourhoods. This will not only improve the general standard of living for most Ugandans but, necessarily, the landscape of Uganda will change for the better.
