Property Development
Un – planned neighbourhoods have given rise to land fragmentation and vice versa which in turn leads to ghetto – like conditions in many areas of Uganda. This necessarily breeds backwardness and below- the- poverty- line existence. Black And White envisions planned residential neighbourhoods and satellite cities. We plan to do low / medium- income and up- scale neighbourhoods. This will not only improve the general standard of living for most Ugandans but, necessarily, the landscape of Uganda will change for the better.

Pipe-line Projects
  • Pine grove estates
A low – income gated community in the Mukono Town Council with a shopping centre to bring services nearer to the people. A pilot scheme that will be re- enacted in different ways on 50 acres of land.
  • Greate lakes point
A satellite city in Mbalala, Mukono District, 18 miles from Kampala on K’la - Jinja highway. It will consist of residences, a motel, a commercial centre, leisure grounds and a petrol station. Again, this will be re-enacted on different highways.
